- Copies of Bank Account Statements for the past two months
- Copies of Investment and Retirement Account
- Statements for the past two months
- Copy of Valid Drivers License
If you currently own Real Estate:
- Copy of Mortgage Account Statement
- Copy of Homeowner's Insurance Policy
